An associate in the Corporate Department, Dylan Keegan is a member of the Investment Funds Group. Dylan focuses on the formation and operation of a variety of private investment funds, including private equity funds; credit funds; hedge funds; distressed funds; direct lending funds; structured product funds, including CLO-focused funds; and other types of alternative asset funds. He advises clients on a wide range of fund formation issues, including the development and marketing of funds to U.S. and non-U.S. investors, and related regulatory and compliance matters.

Dylan also has experience advising clients on all aspects of the business of alternative asset management, including investment management M&A transactions, management company “upper tier” arrangements, secondary transactions, funds-of-one and separately managed accounts, co-investment vehicles, and regulatory issues relating to private funds and fund sponsors.
