An associate in the Corporate Department, Adam B. Hahn is a member of the firm’s Private Funds Group. Mr. Hahn focuses his practice on the formation of a variety of private investment funds, including buyout funds, hedge funds, hybrid funds, distressed funds and funds of funds. He advises clients on the development, formation, marketing and operation of such funds, and on related regulatory compliance and corporate matters. Mr. Hahn has also participated in the negotiation of private equity secondary sale and purchase agreements, both on behalf of sellers and buyers. Representative investment management clients include Apollo Global Management, Blackstone/GSO, Oak Hill Advisors, TowerBrook Capital Partners, Trilantic Capital Partners and Quadrangle Group.

In addition, Mr. Hahn has experience in the area of private equity mergers and acquisitions, in industries such as sporting goods, energy, facility services and asset management.

Mr. Hahn also maintains an active pro bono practice in connection with such organizations as the William J. Clinton Foundation, Lawyers Alliance for New York and Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts. He is currently a member of the Association of the Bar of the City of New York.

Mr. Hahn served as a notes editor for the New York Law School Law Review and was a John Marshall Harlan Honors Scholar.
