An associate in the Corporate Department and a member of the Intellectual Property Group, Adam Shevell focuses his practice on intellectual property transactions and counseling, including copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret and Internet law. Mr. Shevell has experience with mergers and acquisitions, securities, financings, bankruptcies and private equity fund formation and has advised on intellectual property matters such as licensing of trademarks, copyrights and software, technology development agreements, trademark clearance, prosecution and registration, and maintenance and enforcement of intellectual property assets. Mr. Shevell works with clients in the media, communications, technology, software and entertainment industries, among others.

Mr. Shevell was a senior editor of the Journal of International Law and International Relations and has been published by the Canadian Council on International Law.
