Counsel Andrea Sanft published the article "Trusts as Hedge Fund Investors? Accredited Investor and Qualified Purchaser Rules for Trusts and Other Estate Planning Vehicles," in the April 12 issue of BNA's Securities Regulation and Law Report. The article discusses certain securities law issues in determining whether trusts, family entities and certain charitable entities may qualify as accredited investors and qualified purchasers of hedge funds, private equity funds or other private investment funds. The article also appeared in the April 14 issue of BNA's Alternative Investment Law Report.
