Andrew J. Foley
Partner
A partner in the Corporate Department and a member of the Canadian Practice Group, Andrew J. Foley has served as the U.S. legal representative to the Ontario Securities Commission's Securities Advisory Council and has been an Adjunct Professor of Law at the McGill University Faculty of Law. Mr. Foley works in the New York and the Toronto offices of Paul, Weiss, and is recognized as a leading lawyer in the area of Capital Markets by Legal 500.

Mr. Foley has recently represented:
  • EnCana and Cenovus in connection with their multi-billion dollar reorganization and financing transaction to create two separate Canadian and U.S. public companies;
