An associate in the Litigation Department, Annaka Nava focuses her practice on patent litigation matters. Ms. Nava has represented clients in patent matters involving a broad range of technologies, ranging from biotechnology to computer software, in both district courts and at the International Trade Commission.
Ms. Nava received her B.S. with honors in Biology from the College of William and Mary. She received her M.A. in Pathology from the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine, where she researched the molecular causes of breast cancer. Ms. Nava received her J.D. from the University of Virginia, where she was a member of the National Trial Advocacy Team and President of the Virginia Society of Law and Technology.
