Corporate partner Ariel Deckelbaum and litigation partner Walter Ricciardi will take part in the Canadian Corporate Counsel Association's National Spring Conference from April 5-7, 2009 in Montreal, Canada. Ariel will speak on the panel, "Corporate Governance in Mergers & Acquisitions," which will focus on the development and implementation of effective corporate governance strategies and policies to ensure legal and ethical behavior throughout an M&A transaction. Walter will speak on the panel, "Regulatory Investigation Preparedness," discussing the regulatory compliance obligations that differ from one industry and business to the next, and the necessary steps to take to help plan for government inquiries.
