An associate in the Corporate Department, Aviram Hazak is a member of the Mergers and Acquisitions Group. Based in the firm's London office, Mr. Hazak focuses his practice on a range of corporate matters, with special emphasis on cross-border mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions and corporate finance. Mr. Hazak has advised clients in the United States, Europe and Asia in both public and private mergers, stock purchases, tender offers, asset acquisitions, going private transactions, restructurings, joint ventures and secured and unsecured credit transactions.

Mr. Hazak is admitted to practice in New York and Israel.
