On October 1, litigation partner Beth Wilkinson will speak at Corporate Board Member's Annual Boardroom Summit, taking place at the Grand Hyatt in New York City. This annual event brings together boards, GCs and C-level executives. Beth's breakout session, "Handling Bet-the-Company Litigations and Investigations in an Unforgiving Climate," will look at critical issues for corporate boards and general counsel to help participants understand how to deal with the new regulatory and political environment, grasp the implications of the subprime and credit crisis, and implement effective crisis management programs.
