Paul, Weiss Helps Blue School Secure New Permanent Home

This video explores how Paul, Weiss helped The Blue School, an innovative school for young children led by the founders of The Blue Man Group, acquire and finance a landmarked building at 241 Water Street to serve as its new permanent location. The Blue School expects to begin holding classes in its new facility in September 2011 for children in the 2s program through the 3rd grade. The six-story building will comfortably allow the school to expand through the 5th grade over the next three years. Matt Goldman, a Blue School and Blue Man Group co-founder, was quoted in a recent article in Crain's New York Business.com: "We have been looking for a home for two and a half years," he said. "It feels a little bit like a miracle."
