On September 30, litigation partner Bob Parker took part in the Peer Exchange program hosted by Corporate Board Member, a one-day exclusive event for board committee chairs and general counsel of Fortune 1000 companies to interact and exchange valuable information with their peers who face similar issues and challenges. Bob served as an advisor to the participants who will be discussing board/committee evaluations, director compensation and risk management, among other topics. The event took place at the Grand Hyatt in New York City.
