Litigation partner Brad Karp and corporate partner Ted Maynard will participate in the NACD Directorship Forum, taking place on June 7-8 in New York City. Ted will moderate the session "Inside the SEC," which will examine the SEC's new regulatory agenda under Chairman Mary Schapiro and the implications for boards.
