Bankruptcy partner Brian Hermann will speak at the New York State Bar Association's Music Business Law CLE Seminar taking place on October 24 at the CMJ Music Marathon & Film Festival. The event will include for the first time a session on bankruptcy law and the potential fallout from a record label bankruptcy on artists and others.
