Brian P. Egan
Associate
An associate in the Litigation Department, Brian P. Egan focuses his practice on patent litigation. He is registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Egan worked for over three years as a patent examiner with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office where he examined patents in the chemical arts. While there, he also completed a judicial externship with Administrative Patent Judge Bradley Garris of the Board of Patent Appeals and Interferences.
