New York Office Positions

Corporate Associate
Mid-senior level information technology/intellectual property transactional associate with a minimum of 5 years experience. Must have experience in representation of clients in varied industries, including financial services, in connection with software licensing, procurement, development, outsourcing and transitional services agreements.

Corporate Associate
Mid-level finance associate with 3-5 years of derivatives experience.

Corporate Associate
Mid-level finance associates with 3-5 years of solid experience in acquisition finance, syndicated lending, securitization, structured finance.

Corporate Associate
Junior to mid-level associate with 2-5 years experience to join our Mergers & Acquisitions Group.

Corporate Associate
Mid to senior-level associate with 3-5 years experience to join our Securities Group. Extensive capital markets experience (SEC-registered offerings and Rule 144A offerings) a must. Significant experience with high yield debt, and some 1934 Act experience, desired. Flex time candidates will be considered.

Litigation Associate
Junior to mid-level associate with 2-3 years of general commercial litigation experience.

London Office Positions

Associate

Hong Kong Office Positions

Corporate Associate
Mid to senior-level associate with at least 4 years solid corporate transactional experience to join our M&A/Private Equity practice. Some experience with HK listed companies would be beneficial but not essential.

Corporate Associate
Junior to mid-level associate with 2-3 years corporate transactional experience to join our M&A/Private Equity practice.

The above positions are based in Hong Kong with regular travel to China and within Asia. Fluent English is required while the ability to speak Mandarin is beneficial but not essential. Candidates must have a US JD (or equivalent such as Commonwealth LL.B.), and have experience with a US or International firm in M&A/Private Equity.

Hong Kong Solicitor
Junior to mid-level Hong Kong qualified solicitor with transactional experience to join our M&A/Private Equity practice. Candidates must be able to read and write Chinese and speak Mandarin and English. Traineeship or employment with an International firm in Hong Kong is desired.

China Law Consultant
Junior to mid-level PRC qualified lawyers with 2-3 years experience and familiarity with foreign direct investment and M&A deals in China. Candidates must possess a PRC or overseas law degree and bar admission, and must be able to read and write Chinese and speak Mandarin and English. Preference will be given to those candidates with experience with US or other International firms.

Beijing Office Positions

Corporate Associate
Mid to senior-level associate with 3-5 years solid corporate transactional experience to join our M&A/Private Equity practice. Candidates must posess a US JD or equivalent, such as Commonwealth LL.B., and have experience with a US or other International law firm in M&A transactions. In addition, candidates must be able to read and write Chinese and speak Mandarin and English.

China Law Consultant
Junior to mid-level PRC qualified lawyers with 2-3 years experience and familiarity with foreign direct investment and M&A deals in China.
