Corporate Associate
Mid level associates with 3+ years experience to join our Finance Group. Candidates must have solid experience in acquisition and leveraged finance. We are also seeking a mid level finance associate with 3+ years of derivatives experience.

Corporate Associate
Mid-level associate with 4-6 years experience to join our M&A Group.

Corporate Associate
Mid to senior-level associate with 3-5 years experience to join our Securities Group. Extensive capital markets experience (SEC-registered offerings and Rule 144A offerings) a must. Significant experience with high yield debt, and some 1934 Act experience, desired. Flex time candidates will be considered.

Washington, DC Office Positions

Patent Litigation Associates
Junior to mid-level associate with patent-litigation or patent-prosecution experience. A Master's or Ph. D. degree in biology or a related field is required. Candidates must possess outstanding academic credentials.

Litigation Associates
Mid to senior level associate with strong general commercial and white collar/regulatory litigation experience to join our Litigation Group. Separately, we are also seeking a mid to senior level litigation associate with strong white collar litigation and in particular FCPA experience. For either position, both law firm and government experience is acceptable. Candidates must have outstanding academic credentials.
