Associate
An associate in the Litigation Department, Christopher Terranova has worked on a variety of litigation matters, including white collar criminal defense, patent litigation, and complex civil litigation. Recent significant matters include representation of Edwards Lifesciences in a jury trial against defendants CoreValve, Inc. and Medtronic CoreValve, LLC, in which client Edwards Lifesciences was awarded a $74 million verdict for defendants’ willful infringement of a transcatheter heart valve patent.
Mr. Terranova also maintains a significant pro bono practice, including criminal defense and representing restaurant workers in wage and hour and Title VII cases, a consumer advocacy organization accused of defamation, and a mother denied unemployment benefits.
Mr. Terranova graduated
magna cum laude from New York University School of Law. He was elected to the Order of the Coif and was a John Norton Pomeroy Scholar and Florence Allen Scholar. He served as an articles editor of the
New York University Law Review and received the Morton Geller Award for his contributions to the Law Review.

Mr. Terranova holds a B.A. in computer science from Cornell University. Prior to law school, he was an intern in the Department of Justice's Office of Consumer Litigation in Washington, D.C.
