Chuck Davidow Speaks at Global Financial Issues Seminar

Litigation partner Chuck Davidow spoke at PLI's Global Financial Issues 2010: Preparing for the Future conference on August 4 in New York City. Speakers addressed new developments affecting the current global economic climate; the effect of governments worldwide providing bailouts; developments involving distressed companies, workouts and bankruptcy, including 363 sales; ongoing litigation; the nature and effects of Ponzi schemes and other fraudulent schemes; as well as new areas of global economic growth.
