An associate in the Corporate Department, Cynthia Chan is resident in the firm's Hong Kong office. Ms. Chan has experience with general corporate, mergers and acquisitions, private equity and joint venture transactions. She also has experience with primary listings on the Main Board of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong.

Prior to working in Hong Kong, Ms Chan practiced corporate law in Victoria, Australia and also volunteered at the Public Interest Law Clearing House (VIC) Inc. to provide pro bono legal services to individuals and organizations in need.
