Litigation partner Dan Kramer will participate in the PLI program Internal Investigations 2010: How to Protect Your Clients or Company, taking place on June 8 in New York City. The CLE program will discuss how to conduct efficient and effective internal investigations to protect your clients, the issues that can and do arise during an investigation, and how to manage the costs associated with conducting an investigation.
