An associate in the Intellectual Property Group of the Corporate Department, Danielle L. Gaier focuses her practice on intellectual property transactions and counseling, including copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, privacy, Internet and art law. Ms. Gaier has experience with mergers and acquisitions and financing transactions and has advised on intellectual property matters involving the licensing of trademarks and copyrights, trademark prosecution and maintenance and the enforcement of intellectual property assets. Ms. Gaier has worked with a number of clients in the entertainment, art, media and fashion industries.

Ms. Gaier was a contributing editor of the Michigan Telecommunications and Technology Law Review and has been published by the Intellectual Property Law Section of the State Bar of Michigan.
