David Huntington Quoted in Securities Regulation & Law Report on Dodd-Frank Act

Corporate partner David Huntington was quoted in the article "Bachus, Kaufman Ask for Reconsideration of Dodd-Frank SEC Confidentiality Language," which appeared in the August 2 issue of BNA's Securities Regulation & Law Report. The article discusses language in the Dodd-Frank financial reform law that some say allows the SEC to keep documents hidden from the public. David notes that the language "appears to have significantly expanded the SEC's ability to resist FOIA requests."
