An associate in the Corporate Department, David J. Tayar focuses his practice on secured and unsecured financing transactions, including asset-based financing, acquisition financing, project financing and asset securitization.

Mr. Tayar was awarded the James McGill Award, the Greenshields Memorial Merit Scholarship and the W.R. Jacket Prize in Taxation from McGill University Faculty of Law.
