Recent restructurings and chapter 11 cases with which she has a significant involvement include American Media, Inc., Texas Rangers Baseball Partners, Nortel, Charter Communications, Six Flags Entertainment Corp., Visteon Corporation and Finlay Jewelers. Ms. Meyers also has extensive financing experience, representing both lenders and borrowers in a wide variety of transactions.
