As counsel in the Corporate Department with expertise in the area of mergers and acquisitions, Didier Malaquin’s practice focuses on antitrust counseling in the transactional context with emphasis on the U.S. and foreign pre merger notification aspects of mergers and acquisitions, and joint ventures. His practice also includes advising clients on the corporate and securities law aspects of mergers and acquisitions.

Mr. Malaquin is a member of the Antitrust and Trade Regulation Committee of the New York City Bar Association.
