Associate
An associate in the litigation department, Edmund P. Power focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation. Prior to joining Paul, Weiss, Mr. Power was an Assistant United States Attorney for the United States Attorney's Office for the Eastern District of Virginia and a Trial Attorney for the Criminal Enforcement Section of the Tax Division, U.S. Department of Justice. As a federal prosecutor, Mr. Power conducted eleven felony trials, obtaining convictions in cases with charges ranging from securities fraud to racketeering, while also prosecuting dozens of other cases. Before beginning his legal career, Mr. Power served as an infantry officer in the United States Marine Corps and obtained the rank of Captain.
