An associate in the Corporate Department, Edward T. Ackerman focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate financings, restructurings and other transactional matters. Mr. Ackerman has represented publicly traded and privately held companies, private equity firms and other financial investors. His industry experience includes transactions in energy, manufacturing, financial services, consumer products and other industry segments.

Mr. Ackerman served as associate managing editor of the Brooklyn Law Review.
