A partner in the Bankruptcy and Corporate Reorganization Department, Elizabeth McColm specializes in the areas of corporate restructurings and bankruptcy. She has been involved in major restructurings and bankruptcies representing debtors, creditors, and acquirers of assets. Her official and unofficial committee representations include the Quebecor, Calpine Corporation, Tronox Incorporated, Simmons Bedding, Stallion Oilfield Services, Holley Performance Products, Pegasus Communications, and Navigator Gas chapter 11 cases. She also has represented bondholder groups in many recent out of court restructurings and exchanges, including GMAC, Equity Office Properties and Tyco. Her significant debtor representations include The Warnaco Group and The Penn Traffic Company.

Ms. McColm was the Secretary of the Committee on Bankruptcy and Corporation Reorganization of the Association of the Bar of the City of New York from 2005 to 2008 and is currently a Committee Member.
