Corporate partner Eric Goodison will participate in Strafford's CLE webinar, "Commitment Letters in Commercial Loans," taking place August 24 at 1:00 p.m. EDT. Eric will join a panel that will discuss effective approaches for borrowers' and lenders' counsel for negotiating a loan commitment letter and provide strategies for enforcing loan commitments and resolving disputes.
