As counsel in the Corporate Department, Frances Mi serves as practice management counsel for the mergers and acquisitions group. Ms. Mi concentrates on monitoring and updating the mergers and acquisitions group on new legal developments, overseeing its online databases and other resources and serving as a general resource for our lawyers concerning mergers and acquisitions issues. Ms. Mi also advises various public company clients on corporate governance related issues.
