Yesterday, Paul, Weiss hosted a client CLE program, "Enforcement Update from the FTC," at The Pierre Hotel. Featured guests speakers at the event were Jon Leibowitz, FTC Chairman and Richard Feinstein, FTC Bureau of Competition Director. Paul, Weiss partners Joe Simons, Bob Atkins and Aidan Synnott served as panelists. The session addressed recent developments and future issues at the FTC under the Obama administration.
