An associate in the Corporate Department, Gloria Liu is based in the firm's Hong Kong office and is a member of the firm's China Practice Group. Ms. Liu's practice focuses on cross-border mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital, and foreign direct investment into China. She has represented major private equity funds in a variety of equity investments and going private transactions in the Greater China region.

Ms. Liu is a native speaker of Mandarin.
