Hans-Günther Herrmann and Bianca Ip Publish Article In Asian Legal Business

Corporate counsel Hans-Günther Herrmann and senior paralegal Bianca Ip published the article "CEPA VII: More Investment Facilitation for Hong Kong Service Providers in China," which appeared in the July issue of Asian Legal Business. The article discusses the liberalization of Hong Kong investment in selected industries in China set forth under the Seventh Supplement to CEPA between Hong Kong and China, in particular the favorable treatment of investment in medical, audiovisual and Internet services.
