Counsel in the Corporate Department and a member of the firm's China Group, Hans-Günther Herrmann is based in the firm’s Hong Kong office. Mr. Herrmann focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions and commercial transactions in regulated industries in Asia, and has particular experience in the insurance, telecommunications, information technology and media industries in China. Mr. Herrmann is a member of the 2011 Cable and Satellite Broadcasting Association of Asia (CSBAA) Council of Governors.

Since 2004, AsiaLaw's Leading Lawyers surveys have continuously recognized Mr. Herrmann as a leader in the area of mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Herrmann is fluent in English, Mandarin, French and German.
