Description of Program and Relief
Waiver of Certain NJ SNAP Rules and Requirements
New Jersey has waived certain rules and regulations pertaining to the SNAP NJ Program, including waiving the work requirement, waiving the face-to-face interview requirement, waiving the requirement to report certain changes in income, and extending eligibility periods for participants whose eligibility periods were set to expire in March and April for six months.
