Worker’s Compensation Coverage is potentially available for employees who are infected with COVID-19, per the eligibility requirements below.

Eligibility Requirements/Restrictions

Eligibility is generally limited to employees who can establish that COVID-19 is an “occupational disease,” meaning that exposure is an essential part of their job, such as doctors and nurses. Furthermore, the employee must be unable to work for at least 7 consecutive days.
