Jeannie Rhee Discusses ESG Practice in LEADERS Magazine

LEADERS Magazine featured litigation partner Jeannie Rhee in a Q&A in its July, August, September 2022 issue. In her interview, Jeannie discusses how Paul, Weiss’s Sustainability & ESG Advisory practice helps clients navigate ESG frameworks and regulations and how ESG has become a core component of her own practice. She also notes Paul Weiss’s emerging ESG thought leadership through the firm’s ESG and Law Institute.
“Today, I am expected to apply an ESG lens to my work on internal investigations and general litigation strategy. Increasingly, an ESG knowledge base is critical to mitigating legal risk and thus an important tool in my litigators’ toolbox,” Jeannie says in the Q+A. “So whether I am conducting a racial equity audit for a large online retailer, engaging in a holistic review of a technology company’s compliance program, or litigating against hate groups for carrying out racially motivated violence, I am taking ESG principles and best practices into consideration.”
