On February 23 and March 17, corporate partner Jack Lange will speak at the Hong Kong Venture Capital and Private Equity Association's first "Private Equity Fundamentals Course" being held in Hong Kong. This course has been organized by the Association to provide comprehensive training on the fundamentals of private equity and venture capital to junior private equity professionals. Jack will speak on private equity investment terms and documentation.
