On January 27, corporate partner Jeff Marell is taking part in the Argyle Executive Forum's 2009 Leadership in Corporate Divestitures and Acquisitions in New York City. The program will address a number of topics including an evaluation of the private equity/corporate relationship, best practices in divesting, the current deal environment, and M&A accounting and reporting. Jeff will speak on the panel titled, "Techniques for Structuring M&A Transactions in the Current Market."
