Jenny C. Wu
Associate
An associate in the Litigation Department, Jenny C. Wu focuses her practice on patent litigation matters. Ms. Wu has been extensively involved in all aspects of patent litigation including trials before the International Trade Commission and various federal district courts and appeals to the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. She has litigated patents in a wide variety of technical areas, including mobile phone operating systems and software, medical devices, next-generation sequencing, GPS devices, digital camera and imaging, and set-top box user interfaces.

While in law school, Ms. Wu was a member of the University of Pennsylvania Law Review and an Arthur Littleton and H. Clayton Louderback Legal Writing Instructor.

Ms. Wu is also actively involved in pro bono representation. She has represented clients in both asylum matters and criminal appeals, and has drafted the privacy policy for a non-profit site involved in social media.
