An associate in the Corporate Department, Jillian Lutzy is a member of the Capital Markets & Securities Practice Group resident in the firm’s London office. Ms. Lutzy focuses her practice on representing issuers in international debt and equity capital markets transactions, including European and South African high-yield issuances, private placements, rights offerings and buy-backs, as well as combined Rule 144A/Regulation S offerings and European listings. In addition, she has experience with credit facility negotiations for borrowers in Europe.
