An associate in the Litigation Department, Joshua A. Kobrin has worked on a variety of commercial disputes and investigations, with particular experience in fraud, antitrust, and breach of contract cases. Additional representations include matters related to legal malpractice and trademark law.

Mr. Kobrin maintains an active pro bono practice, having worked on matters with the Legal Aid Society of New York and the City Bar Justice Center. He also supervises law students as part of the Iraqi Refugee Assistance Project.

Mr. Kobrin served as managing editor of the New York University Annual Survey of American Law.
