An associate in the Litigation Department, Joshua D. Kaye has worked on a variety of matters including securities, bankruptcy, and intellectual property litigations, as well as regulatory defense.
Mr. Kaye served as a senior staff editor of the
Duke Journal of Constitutional Law and Public Policy and recently published an article in the
Mississippi Law Journal on disclosure under the common law of contracts.
