Corporate partner Judith Thoyer will speak at the PLI program titled, "Contests for Corporate Control 2009: Current Offensive & Defensive Strategies in M&A Transactions," on February 5 in New York. The program is designed to give practical, up-to-date information for inside and outside corporate counsel, directors, officers, investment bankers and other advisors in dealing with specific corporate control issues relating to mergers and acquisitions. Judith's session will discuss corporate governance and its effect on the board of directors in M&A transactions.
