An associate in the Litigation Department, Katherine Halpin Moor focuses her practice on general litigation matters. Ms. Moor has represented clients in both state and federal courts, before administrative agencies and in arbitration.

Ms. Moor's experience has involved representing clients in industries including financial services, pharmaceuticals, oil and gas and tobacco. She has significant experience in antitrust, RICO and product liability litigation. In 2010, Ms. Moor was a member of two winning trial teams which successfully defended pharmaceutical company Wyeth, Inc., a subsidiary of Pfizer, Inc.

On a pro bono basis, Ms. Moor participated as amicus curiae to the United States Supreme Court. She has also assisted clients seeking disability benefits and was a member of a team which brought a 1983 suit on behalf of a local family. The suit was successfully settled out of court.
