An associate in the Litigation Department and resident in the firm’s Wilmington office, Laura C. Bower practice’s includes shareholder litigation and expediting litigation before the Delaware Court of Chancery.

Ms. Bower is a volunteer affiliate coach for the University of Virginia undergraduate mock trial program and a consulting attorney pro bono to "Who's Positive," an AIDS awareness organization. Ms. Bower served on the editorial board of the Virginia Law Review.
