As counsel in the Corporate Department Scott P. Grader focuses his  practice in the areas of mergers and acquisitions and corporate officer and director liability issues.

Mr. Grader's mergers and acquisitions practice includes foreign and domestic transactions for U.S.-based and overseas clients engaged in a wide variety of businesses, including manufacturing, finance, broadcasting, publishing, music publishing, hospitality, mineral exploration and pharmaceuticals. He regularly represents financial and strategic purchasers, target companies, special committees and financial advisors.

In addition to mergers and acquisitions, Mr. Grader’s practice includes advising corporations and corporate officers and directors on officer and director indemnification, advancement and liability insurance issues, and alternatives to traditional officer and director liability insurance protections.

He served as an associate editor of the Rutgers-Camden Law Journal.

Mr. Grader is a member of the Association of the Bar of the City of New York.
