Of counsel in the Corporate and Personal Representation Departments, David T. Washburn serves as a trustee of a number of private trusts and has served as a trustee of the Rye Neck Board of Education in Mamaroneck, NY, Cambridge College, the Rare Center for Tropical Bird Conservation in Philadelphia and The Yard, Inc. in New York City.  He was a director of Sanctuary for Families, Inc.  Mr. Washburn is a member of the American Bar Association and the Association of the Bar of the City of New York.

Mr. Washburn served as note editor of the New York University Law Review and was a Root-Tilden Scholar.
