An associate in the Intellectual Property Group of the Corporate Department, Ms. Silber focuses her practice on a variety of transactional intellectual property matters relating to the acquisition, licensing, enforcement and maintenance of intellectual property assets. Ms. Silber’s practice includes addressing intellectual property aspects and structuring considerations of various corporate transactions such as mergers, acquisitions and financings in a wide range of industries; the licensing of trademarks, brands, copyrights and software; and trademark prosecution and registration.

Ms. Silber served as the editor-in-chief of the Legal Information Institute Bulletin and as an editor of the Cornell Law Review.
