An associate in the firm’s Hong Kong office, Mable Law focuses her practice on general corporate, mergers and acquisitions, private equity and other PRC-related transactions. She has experience in corporate finance and other commercial and compliance matters. She was involved in the initial public offerings on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange by China COSCO Holdings Company Limited, Dalian Port (PDA) Company Limited, China Yurun Food Group Limited and Regal Hotels International Holdings Limited.

Ms. Law is fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
